Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of Med Manager (the "Service"), operated by Outright Designs ("we," "us"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. What Med Manager Is — and Is Not

• Always follow the instructions of your prescriber and the medication labeling. Information you or others enter into the Service (names, doses, schedules, pill images) may contain errors — verify everything against your actual prescriptions.
• Reminders and notifications are provided on a best-effort basis and may be delayed, suppressed by your device settings, or fail entirely. Never rely solely on the Service to take, administer, or manage medication.
• Reference content (such as medication names and pill images) is provided for convenience and may be incomplete, outdated, or inaccurate.
• If you think you may have a medical emergency, call your doctor or emergency services immediately.

2. Accounts & Households

• You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity under your account.
• A household's primary caregiver can view and modify household members' data. By joining a household (or having an account created for you by its caregiver), you consent to that access.
• You must provide accurate information and be at least 18 to create an account.

3. Subscriptions & Payment

• Paid plans are billed through Stripe on a recurring basis until canceled. You can cancel any time from the Billing page; access continues through the period already paid.
• Free trials convert to paid subscriptions only when you subscribe with a payment method. Prices may change with notice; changes apply from your next billing cycle.
• Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service — including attempting to access other users' data, probing or disrupting the Service, scraping, reselling, or using it for any unlawful purpose. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

5. Your Data

You retain ownership of the information you enter. Our collection and use of information is described in the Privacy Policy. You are responsible for the accuracy of data you enter for yourself or household members.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT DATA WILL NOT BE LOST.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUTRIGHT DESIGNS AND ITS OWNERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES — INCLUDING PERSONAL INJURY, MISSED OR INCORRECT MEDICATION DOSES, LOST DATA, OR LOST PROFITS — ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO USE) THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM AROSE.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising out of your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or data you enter on behalf of others.

9. Changes & Termination

We may modify the Service or these Terms; material changes will be posted here with an updated date, and continued use constitutes acceptance. You may stop using the Service at any time; we may suspend or terminate the Service with reasonable notice where practicable.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Alabama, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
